Help Impact Cat Overpopulation in Our Communities
Do you have a passion for cats and want to help battle cat overpopulation?
Join the Humane Society of Greater Dayton, a no-kill animal welfare agency, as they teach community members the basics of Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). The class is free to the public.
In this class you will learn:
- Why TNR is important to battle cat overpopulation
- How to properly set up a humane trap
- Personal as well as animal safety tips
- Tricks to catch those hard-to-get cats
- And so much more!
Upon completion of this class, participants will receive a starter kit, as well as a Cat Trapper Training Program membership card, which allows the individual to rent traps from the Humane Society of Greater Dayton for free.
