Join us as we put a shelter spin on a holiday classic! The Humane Society of Greater Dayton is proud to present our very own parody of "The Night Before Christmas." Follow the story of our shelter animals as they dream of a forever home for the holidays. Whether you're a cat person, a dog lover, or just in need of some holiday cheer, you won’t want to miss this!

Using simple, affordable materials like plastic bins and straw, you can create a safe, cozy space that keeps wind and snow at bay. You can build a shelter for a cat you see regularly or make extra shelters to donate.
