Bud

By: JJ

Bud, a very loving 5-year-old Siamese cat, was brought to our shelter as a stray after someone found him wandering the streets of Dayton. When he came in, it was clear that Bud needed some help. He had something called entropion. Entropion is when the eyelids develop and fold inwards rather than outwards. This causes the eyelashes to scrape against the eyes causing constant irritation and pain.

Thanks to our amazing veterinary team, we were able to correct Bud’s entropion with surgery. Now, although he has a few scars around his eyes, Bud can see clearly and has many happy, healthy years ahead of him.

Following his surgery, it took no time for this cuddly lover boy to win over a new family. He was adopted so quickly and is giving so many cuddles and kisses to his new family thanks to all of you.
