In January, our Humane Agents rescued more than 30 In January, our Humane Agents rescued more than 30 cats, one dog, and even an opossum from one of the worst hoarding cases we've ever encountered. The home was eventually condemned because the conditions were so severe. Today, every cat has found a loving family. The opossum was rehabilitated and released back into the wild. Zinger is the only one still waiting... Even after everything he's been through, Zinger is one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. He loves soaking up attention from people, but hand him a toy and he's just as happy entertaining himself nearby. He's well-mannered, eager to please, loves learning (especially when treats are involved!), and is ready for anything from a weekend adventure to a quiet evening on the couch. Zinger came from a home with dozens of cats and has previously done well in a foster home with cats, so we believe he'd do well with feline friends. He's survived the unimaginable. Now all he needs is someone to give him the life he's always deserved.
