Fun factā€¦ Cookie is completely toothless! After coming to us as a stray in pain, our veterinary team gave her a fresh start by removing her damaged teeth. Now sheā€™s feeling so much better and living her comfiest life on a soft food diet which she fully approves of. Tuna Churu treats? Her absolute favorite! Cookie is looking for someone patient and kind who will let her warm up at her own pace and then enjoy all the love she has to give. As part of our new foster pet pop-in, Hammy will b As part of our new foster pet pop-in, Hammy will be at the shelter today until 5:30 PM hanging out at the front desk and ready to meet you. No appointment needed, just stop by and say hi. This 6-month-old pup may only have three legs, but he hasnā€™t let that slow him down for a second. Hammy keeps up with all the fun, all the zoomies, and all the excitement like itā€™s no big dealā€¦ because to him, it isnā€™t. Heā€™s playful, happy, and completely unbothered by the fact that he does life a little differently. If anything, it just makes him that much more special. And just like any good pop-in guest, if Hammy isnā€™t adopted today, heā€™ll head back to his foster homeā€¦ but we would LOVE for this to be the day he finds his forever family.
