Beneath that thoughtful expression is a loyal, gentle pup who just wants to belong. Doug is AMAZING with kids. His foster says he is extremely tolerant and incredibly patient. He’s also very loving with their dogs and even their cat. He does have trouble letting you know when he needs to go potty, but with a little guidance he does really well. And yes… he occasionally thinks dog toys are snacks 😅 but he’s truly a sweetheart.
