🎉 We’re getting ready for Chippin' In the USA 🎉 We’re getting ready for Chippin' In the USA and wanted to answer a few of your most paw-pular questions 🐾 🐕🐈 Do you have to live in Riverside? Nope! This event is open to everyone no matter where you live. If you’ve got a pet, we’ve got a microchip with their name on it! 🚗 Can I bring more than one pet? Yes! Please bring the whole furry crew! As long as they fit safely in your car, we’ll be chippin' all the pets we can until supplies run out. (which is super unlikely! 😄) 🐾 How does it work? It’s a drive thru event at the fire station. No need to get out of your car, we’ll chip your pet while you stay comfy! Just make sure all pups are leashed and kitties are cozy in carriers. 📲 One last thing... Don’t forget to register your pet’s microchip once they’re chipped! A chip only works if it’s linked to your info. Let’s keep pets safe this Fourth of July and have a blast doing it. Pepper’s Happy Tail: Powered by Kindness 💛🐾 Our sweet boy Pepper has officially found his forever home, and his journey there is a shining example of just how generous and loving our community truly is. A kind family recently welcomed Pepper into their home as a foster to adopt, hoping he’d be the perfect new addition. While they absolutely adored him, their current cat had other opinions. Sadly, they weren’t able to finalize the adoption, but they still wanted to help Pepper succeed. So they did something incredibly thoughtful and sponsored his adoption, covering all of his fees to give him the best chance at finding his perfect match. 💛 Not long after, that perfect match arrived. Pepper’s new mom instantly fell in love with him, and when she learned his adoption had already been sponsored, she was completely surprised and deeply touched. Inspired by the kindness of strangers, she decided to pay it forward by sponsoring another cat’s adoption in Pepper’s honor. But the generosity didn’t stop there. The adopter of that second lucky cat was also moved by this ripple of kindness and chose to leave a donation to help even more animals in our care. Thanks to a chain of compassion, Pepper now has his forever family, another cat went home with adoption fees covered, and many more pets will be helped thanks to a heartfelt gift.
