Billy used to do happy little tippy taps whenever Billy used to do happy little tippy taps whenever someone walked by his kennel, paws prancing, tail wagging, full of hope that this time it might be his person. But after months of waiting for a home, those tippy taps have slowed. 💔 These days, Billy spends more time lying quietly outside, watching the world go by. He’s still the same sweet, goofy boy inside, he just needs someone to remind him what happiness feels like again. 🐾 Billy is a fun-loving, toy-obsessed pup who enjoys being around other dogs.
